The Carlos Belmonte stadium was inaugurated in 1960, and is the Albacete Balompié local field. It owes its name to the mayor of Albacete (1956-60) and stadium designer, Carlos Belmonte Gonzalez. A total of 5 matches have been played by the Spanish football team at Carlos Belmonte, the last of these matches being in 2013 (Spain-Georgia).
